These enhancements boost our ability to offer fast, accurate services like rapid tagging, commercial inner label application, and other finishing options. Our expanded finishing services include: fold & bag, custom labels, drop shipping, kitting, pack-by-player, and much more to elevate your retail presentation.




Digital Decoration at Scale
Our digital department now operates from a dedicated 2,000 sq ft space, enabling us to print 2,000 linear inches per hour and handle 400 DTF orders weekly.
New equipment, like the Stampinator480, has supercharged our digital production—scaling from 60 to 240 transfers per hour with automated presses. Bulk digital production is now fast, efficient, and high-quality.
We’ve also refined our post-pressing processes for DTF transfer application with specialized heat mats, giving your garments a soft, screen-printed feel—far from the plastic-like transfers of the past.
Next-Level Heat Press & Patch Application
We’ve trained extensively and upgraded our gear with the Hotronix360, allowing us to heat press premium patches from our partners at World Emblem. These patches adhere securely without stitching, thanks to a durable adhesive activated by dual-heating platens. Prefer the stitched look? We can simulate it with faux-stitch artwork, giving your patch the look of a sew-down with the clean, consistent results of heat press.
DTF transfers aren’t just for tees—we can apply them cleanly across hat seams too. This method delivers sharp, durable graphics without needing to reduce your design’s complexity, making it a powerful alternative to embroidery for intricate or dense logos.
